Parish fellowship gatherings help keep the St. Francis community strong. What follows are some of our most anticipated events—to which you are invited.
Sunday Morning Coffee HouR
Everyone is invited to McNaught Hall after the 10:00 AM service for Coffee Hour. This is a social gathering for members to catch up with one another and welcome visitors and new members.
Parish Breakfasts
Members who attend the 8:00 AM service and those who attend the 10:00 AM service join together for a fellowship breakfast for all members at 9:00AM about every three months.
All parishioners are invited to St. Francis to celebrate the 12th Day of Christmas.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
Music and merriment abound at this annual carnival-themed supper-celebration on Shrove Tuesday, the evening before Ash Wednesday.
Lenten Soup Suppers
Join us for these simple soup suppers served on the Wednesdays of Lent with Lenten season programs.
Maundy ThursdayOn the Thursday evening before Easter, we gather together to worship with foot washing, a simple Agape meal, and the stripping of the altar in preparation for Easter.
4th of July Ice Cream SocialIce cream sundaes built for everyone on the Sunday closest to the 4th of July.
In early August we have a special service at 10AM followed by a picnic and BBQ with all the trimmings.
One Wednesday in June, July, and August we come together to stay in touch during the busy summer months. Members provide salads and desserts to share. The evening includes a casual program for entertainment and education.
